PROBLEM SPACE
WHERE ARE OUR CLIENTS?

Therapists at The VOS Fix started to notice a slow down at their studio, and they were not getting any new clients in.
What is it that they are NOT doing to bring in more people, and constantly.

HOW TO OVERCOME THIS?
I sat down with owner and founder Johnny Vos and came to the conclusion that
we need to re-design the website to make it easier, and friendlier to book an appointment. But before we do this, we have to do some research into what our competitors are doing, what design trends are successful for service websites,
and how to make our users feel like it was designed with them in mind.

PREVIOUS WEBSITE

USER RESEARCH and ANALYSIS
I got to the whiteboard and sharpies and looked at the existing page. I saw a lot of areas that we can tighten up to give our users a seamless experience. By bringing in individuals that would be using the service, I wrote down a few keywords that came to mind when I said Massage Therapy. I wanted to know what our competitors are / are not doing,
and what features make it easy to book an appointment.

WIREFRAMES
After figuring out what pages I am going to have, I drew up some wireframes
to figure out how this will all come together and function.

UI RE-DESIGN
After a few stages of testing, users found themselves simply looking to book an appointment. A frequent suggestion that came up was to have all the different massage packages in the same place to book your appointment. With all the feedback I got back, I was able to create a human centered function to pick which date, time, therapist, and massage type the user wants for their appointment.
